RAFAEL BORONAT
Chairman of the XaRTAP.
Director General of the Foundation Center CIM, the Master of Engineering Management and Industrial Automotive (MIGIA) and the Coordination Centre for Innovation and Technologies Automotive (CICT). He is also President of the Society of Automotive Technicians (STA), an associate professor in the School of Industrial Engineering of Barcelona (ETSEIB) and member of FISITA (Fédération Internationale des Sociétés d'Ingénieurs de Techniques December l'Automobile). His training is in Industrial Engineering Education and the upper Automotive ETSEIB.

JOAQUIM MINGUELLA
Coordinator of the XaRTAP.
MSc in Industrial Eng. from the UPC and Int. Diploma in Management from the Imperial College London. He manages the R&D Department of the FCIM and combines the research in Computer Integrated Manufacturing with academic activity at the UPC and CCIM.

ROGER UCEDA
Promotion Manager.
Manufacturing Industrial Engineer of the School of Industrial Engineering of Barcelona (ETSEIB) and Master in Management of Production. He is currently coordinator of the Promotion Department of the Foundation Center CIM in addition to managing the portfolio of customers and suppliers.

ADÈLE PEENAERT
Head of the Technical Project Office.
Double degree in Political Science and Journalism from the University of Salford (UK).Master in Public Management from UAB, UPF-EAPC. Project Coordinator of the CIM Foundation, has two years experience in the preparation of proposals and project management of various European competitions (Inter, SUDOE, FP7).
